In this workshop, you will learn different SMR techniques for the neck and shoulder, led by The Well's very own sports massage therapist, Tamara Breuer.

Cost: $10/person for registered attendees. $15 at the door.

About the Instructor: Tamara graduated from the Potomac Massage Training Institute in 2015 and is licensed in Virginia and the District of Columbia. She also holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland. She also spent six months in Thailand learning Thai massage. Upon the completion of her training, Tamara worked in several different massage environments, from a gym setting to a spa. In addition to massage therapy, Tamara is an avid athlete and currently practices weightlifting, CrossFit, and yoga.

New Moon Women's Circle with Danielle Waldman

Sunday, February 3, 2019, 10:30am-12pm

New Moon Circles are a time for women to gather, connect, go deep and share. The theme for each circle is related to the new moon cycle. Activities include a meditation, self-reflection time, a theme activity and circle shares. It's a place to support one another and individually choose to go deeper if that is what resonates. The women in the circle will takeaway the chance to connect with other like-minded women as well as self-reflection time which is always a gift.

The new moon and full moon are a time where we can use the moon’s energy to reflect and go deeper within ourselves. Circles give us the chance to do this while being in community with other women. They are sacred and it is powerful when women gather collectively. It is an intentional time to reflect on what is currently coming up for us.

I welcome any females regardless of age, gender identity, sexual orientation, physical ability, ethnicity, race, nationality, religion, marital or family status, or any other dimension of their identity.

Sliding scale $15-$30
